User End License Agreement for Element Software products

Element Software products are distributed under a free*, proprietary license. This means that Element Software products are NOT open source, and should not be modified, redistributed reversed engineered, decompiled in any way. If you violate this stated rule by modifying Element Software products, we reserve the right to request immediate, legal action.

You are not allowed to re-distribute Element Software products for commercial gain. Element Software gives you no rights to sell the accompanying for any commercial profit. This is taken into account of bad reputation for the Element Software Company, and we reserve the right to take legal action for violating this stated term.We also reserve the right to request immediate legal action if the software products are redistrubuted to other sources, this includes; illegal fileshare websites, storage e.tc. Only Element Software has the right to redistrubute its files.

All Element Software products include a online-update utility, which by default updates the software products silently. By agreeing with this license you agree that you will allow your computer to connect to the Element Software servers until you turn off automatic updates.

For paid versions of Element Software products, only ONE copy of the software product may be installed on one PC of your choice. However, if you would like to remove the product from the computer to move it to another, make sure you remove the entire product and its license before continuing. Once you have installed the product on the new computer, please send a support e-mail to licensing@elementsoftware.co.uk to notify us of this action.

Element Software products are SOLD or PROVIDED to you. When you install an Element Software product to your computer, you do not legally own the product, it is still owned by Element Software. This means that we can update or change the product at any time, and accepting this license agreement gives us the right to do so.

Element Software products are provided to you without any warranty. This means that in the unlikely event that the products may damage you computer, Element Software is not solely responsible. By accepting this agreement it is your sole responsibility to install this product.

Element Software products are Copyright. All products under the Element Software brand are registered © Element Software. If copyright is violated, we reserve the right to request legal action immediately and you could be imposed with a fine, or to the maximum penalty that the law in your state\country can impose.

Element Software products must not be reversed engineered, its concepts re-used in another competing product, dissambeled, or modified and distrubuted in ANY WAY. We will constitute full legal action if this happens.

Additional software may be installed on your computer if an Element Software product requires it. This includes software such as the Microsoft.NET Framework.
