You can place an order with us using the following payment options:
Credit Card PayPal Bank / Wire Transfer Check / Money Order Fax - Credit
Card Invoice.
If you pay via Credit Card / PayPal / Credit Card via Fax, your order
will be processed immediately and you can start using the program in a
few minutes.
How many computers can I use one license key on?
Element Software allows 1 license to be used on 3 computers only. If you
wish to license the product on more than 3 computers, you must buy
another license key which will enable use on another 3 computers. Click

Security
All payments processed on the site are made via HTTPS (Secure)
connection via our payment provider, Avangate BV. This means that
all transactions made via our site is done in a secure manner in
which others cannot see your payment information. Not only that, but
Avangate also is the provider that sends you the download link via
E-Mail and gives you piece of mind that your purchased download will
always be available regardless if our site is experiencing a rare
glitch or not.
Refunds
Should you not be happy with the service(s) provided to you, we
offer a 30-day money back guarantee in which all funds will be
reimbursed to you during that period. However we cannot cover for
delivery costs, only the full refund of the original RRP will be
reimbursed. *Subject to status.
Delivery methods
Our software products and license keys are delivered to you via a
secure download link in an e-mail sent either by us upon purchase or
by the Avangate payment system. That download link will remain open
for an indefinate period of time. If the link does stop working,
simply request a new link using your Customer ID and Avangate will
send you a new link.
PayPal donations made to us are processed by the PayPal payment
system and cannot be reversed.
