Announcing the release of Element TotalProtect's successor
On June 6, 2010, Element TotalProtect 2011 was released to the public, and replaced v.2010 that was released early 2009. In a change of marketing strategy, we have released the replacement of Element TotalProtect, now known as Element Anti-Virus. This change has been in plans since late 2009, but it was only until recently that we decided to give the go ahead with the updates.
Therefore, Element TotalProtect 2010 was the last, and most popular version of Element TotalProtect that we will release. Element Anti-Virus, our new exciting product offering, can detect 80% more of the malware that Element TotalProtect was able to, thanks to further developments from us and our partners.
Existing users of both Element TotalProtect 2010 and 2011 can upgrade to Element Anti-Virus for free. In fact, all Element TotalProtect 2011 users can directly enter their license keys into Element Anti-Virus to use it.
We highly recommend to all users to upgrade their product as soon as possible, to get the latest and best protection against threats.
